Providing Effective Feedback

As managers and people leaders we can be called upon to provide honest feedback to colleagues on areas that are working well and areas that need improvement.

How feedback is delivered is crucial to the development of a manager's repertoire of skills but also to the employee who receives it. One way of providing it effectively it to focus on what is already working and to collaboratively work with the employee to identify a roadmap to achieve greater success.

It can be an opportunity to underpin existing strengths and to expand the reach of the worker. The process in which this is done is critical: the way in which feedback is delivered, received and understood can be a key point in the development of a person's career and a chance to improve the performance of the organisation. This workshop will focus on how to give constructive feedback to members of your team.
