LIMITED AVAILABILITY. This public workshop in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) will be delivered in November. SFBT is a short-term goal-focused therapeutic approach which helps clients change by constructing solutions rather than dwelling on problems. Elements of the desired solution often are already present in the client's life, and become the basis for ongoing change.

This public workshop in Motivational Interviewing (MI) will be delivered in February. MI is a client-centred approach that elicits behavioural changes by assisting individuals to explore and resolve ambivalence. This approach is especially helpful with individuals who are less motivated.
