We deliver eLearning in two options:
- Remote Learning Workshops that are delivered live by our trainers using the free Zoom remote conferencing platform: Courses will allow you to interact with your trainer and other participants in a virtual classroom where, in addition to the workshop content, there will be time built in for live discussions, question & answer sessions and skills practice. You can access the courses wherever you have an internet connection; on a desktop, tablet or even a smartphone.
- Online Anytime courses where you can learn at your own pace with the flexibility of online study: Our courses are user-friendly and interactive with content that can be accessed wherever you are. Every learner has access to an individual course tutor so you are not alone with your study!

Remote Learning: An Introduction to Dialectical Behaviour Therapy

Initially known as CBT for Borderline disorder. DBT consists of a series of skills and techniques for working with personality disorders and other areas. This course will explain the concept and would suit those considering becoming a DBT therapist or those referring clients or employees to a DBT service.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is a short-term goal-focused therapeutic approach which helps clients change by constructing solutions rather than dwelling on problems. Elements of the desired solution often are already present in the person's life, and become the basis for ongoing change.
Remote Learning: Advanced Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) Workshop
02, 03, 09 and 10 July 2020
DBT consists of a series of skills and techniques for working with personality disorders and other areas. This Advanced DBT course focuses on how to teach clients group skills, how to develop further on these skills in one to one sessions and how to help clients with any form of self-destructive behaviour.

Remote eLearning: An Overview of Relapse Prevention
This training is designed to meet the needs of those working within the addiction field in relation to this area by following the Marlatt and Gordon model of relapse prevention and covering some practical applications of this model.
Remote Learning: Managing Professional Boundaries
In the current crisis with many of us working from home, personal and professional boundaries may become blurred so managing your professional boundaries has never been more important. The content of this remote learning workshop is designed to provide an overview of boundaries and the many ways in which they can be encountered and managed. There is a strong emphasis on practical examples of issues and best practice.
Online Anytime: Drug and Alcohol Awareness
Available soon: This course will cover a range of areas to provide participants with a good basic knowledge of drugs and alcohol and related issues. The programme is divided into specific topic areas with quizzes to evaluate understanding of the material as you progress through the individual topics.
