Mental Wellness and Resilience
The purpose of this training session is to enable team members to increase their own understanding of mental wellness and their awareness of a positive resilience skill set. The workshop will build on existing knowledge in relation to mental wellbeing and explain the importance of resilience. Participants will be given time to look at their practice in relation to their own mental wellness and given space to develop a set of positive resiliency skills. The programme can be delivered live on Zoom.
Suitable for: All organisations that wish to promote mental wellness and resilience in their staff. Especially beneficial to Human Resource Staff, Management (all levels), Support Workers, Social Care Workers, Addiction Workers, Family Care Workers, Education and Medical Workers.
