NEW: Stress and Resilience in the Workplace
The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, requires employers to put in place systems of work which protect employees from hazards which could lead to mental or physical ill-health. This one day awareness training is designed to meet this obligation by helping staff to become aware of workplace stress and build in the resiliency skills to cope.
NEW: An Introduction to Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Initially known as CBT for Borderline disorder, DBT consists of a series of skills and techniques for working with personality disorders and other areas. This course will explain the concept and would suit those considering becoming a DBT therapist or those referring clients or employees to a DBT service.
