The Learning Curve Institute offers practical and supportive workshops both to employees and employers. Our highly qualified team offer diverse training in the areas of personal development/ growth and informative sessions around healthy life style choices.

Programme design and Evaluation mechanism.

The Learning Curve Institute works to incorporate the clients needs and input when designing and implementing training programmes. Our company offers a unique tailored service which aims to address the identified training needs of clients.

We work to encourage companies to develop and explore the energy, drive and talent of their workforce. In addition we offer:

  • Pre training consultancy
  • With the agreement of the participants, we will offer to speak to each participant individually before the training to ensure that the course design focuses on the relevant need
  • Ongoing evaluation throughout the courses
  • Post training evaluation
  • Post training questionnaire (normally administered 4-6 weeks after training)
  • Report outlining the findings of the evaluation process.
